I walked passed this cone the other day. I had some time to kill, so I modeled it. I created one with the dirt and then cleaned it up.

I started by taking 26 photos. Using photogrammetry, I used by Zephyr to create a 3D model. The photogrammetry model is huge. 586,920 faces to be exact.
The model was exported from Zephyr as an OBJ file and imported into Blender 2.81a. I create a simple geometry for the cone and then “baked” the texture to the simple model.
